How We'll Work Together
When working with clients, I incorporate the following elements into my services: 1) Individualized virtual sessions to connect with you and support you on your digestive healing journey, 2) functional testing to uncover the root causes of your symptoms, and 3) personalized wellness plans to provide clear actionable steps that set you up for success.
Payment
At this time, I do not accept insurance. However, upon request, I will provide you with a Superbill after each session, which you can then submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
I do accept HSA/FSA payments.
Services
60-minute Initial Consultation
$160
During the initial consultation, we will discuss your health history, symptoms, current diet, lifestyle, goals, and preferences. I will listen to your story of your health journey and offer any insights that may help you better understand your symptoms. We'll discuss options for functional testing, figure out the next steps, and create your personalized wellness plan.
45-Minute Follow-up
$80
During follow up, we will discuss your progress, review functional testing results, work through any struggles or setbacks, and update your wellness plan accordingly.
Follow-up Package (3)
$220
Includes 3 follow-up sessions.
Restore Digestive Balance 3-Month Program
$620 or 3 monthly payments of $210
Restoring digestive balance requires time, guidance, and support, and that's precisely what this program is designed to provide. We'll delve into your symptoms and health history, utilize functional tests when necessary to determine root-cause imbalances, and construct a tailored wellness plan to get you back to feeling your best!
This package includes:
- 1 Initial Consultation (60 minutes)
- 6 Bi-Weekly Follow-up Sessions (45 minutes)
- Weekly Message Support - I will check in with you once weekly for accountability and support.
3-Month Accountability Program
$400 or 3 monthly payments of $140
This program is for you if you've worked with me in the past and already have a wellness plan in place. You know what to do, you just need some help with the "how"- putting the plan into actionable steps. Or, maybe you just need that extra accountability to help you stay on track with your wellness goals. I offer ongoing support to help you work through any setbacks you may have and stay on track with your goals.
This package includes:
- 1 Initial Consultation (45 minutes) - to review your goals & intentions for the program
- 6 Follow-up Sessions (Bi-weekly, 30 minutes each)
- Weekly Message Support - I will check in with you once weekly for accountability and support.
If you are interested in any of these programs, please schedule a free connection call with me. If we decide to work together, you will be invited to access your client portal where you can purchase sessions and book appointments.
I am currently serving clients virtually in the following states: Oklahoma, Arizona, Colorado, Michigan, Virginia, and Florida (https://flhealthsource.gov/telehealth/) In certain cases, I may be able to work with residents of other states depending on licensure and state laws.
